There is then free time for you to find a little place for lunch and this afternoon has been left free for you to make your own discoveries.
Alternatively, why not join an optional excursion to Concha y Toro Vineyard. We'll head to the Maipo Valley, a region in central Chile better known as the winemaking valley that features the Concha y Toro winery, the country's most important exporter of wine. Concha y Toro welcomes visitors to share its secrets in the winemaking process and exporting activities. The tour includes a walk through the beautifully landscaped colonial grounds. The company was founded in and today it's considered one of the 10 most important in the world of its kind.
We'll visit the cellars, the vineyards some of them started by its founder, don Melchor Concha y Toro and end with a wine tasting experience at the wine bar before heading back to the hotel. Driving over the Andes offers views of Mount Aconcagua, which at 23,ft is the highest peak in the Americas. The grapes from this region are used for white wines including chenin blanc and reds such as cabernet sauvignon. This morning has been left free for you to enjoy at leisure.
