Any suggestions? All the other encounters work fantastic, though. I'll check then. Do you know where to meet the brother to save Anne? I've looked everywhere for him. Plus I've looked through out the entire inn, but I can't find Chandra anywhere.
Thanks again for helping me. Chandra is in one of the inns in the Promenade District. Anne's brother is right in front of the Copper Coronet. Both spawn only for male protagonists. As far as Isabelle goes, I'm assuming you need to watch the cultist cut scene before speaking to Oisig where he preaches about the Unseeing Eye, after which someone from the Temple of Helm approaches you and asks you to speak to the High Watcher.
Once you do, Isabelle should walk towards you from the room on the left. I tried all that and still none of those three romantic encounters happen. Maybe it didn't install right on my computer.
