Another woman arrested during the sweep, Tara Blum, of Wolcott, was accused in February of leading police on a chase with her children in the car. That pursuit was touched off, police say, after an employee of the Department of Children and Families spotted her with her children, in violation of a court order. Another woman, year-old Vanessa Stafford, of Wood Street, was arrested in a sweep of suspected sex workers.
