At a minimum the company provides paid time off for certain holidays. After completing six months of continuous service, you will be eligible for paid holidays as follows:. In the event your on-site employer is open on these holidays, and you are scheduled to work, you may request holiday pay in addition to your time worked if you are eligible for holiday pay. Employees will not be given another day off in lieu of working on a holiday.
Holiday time is not subject to overtime pay regulations. You must be present at work the scheduled workdays before and after the holiday in order to be paid for holiday time.
