Mizrachi received his medical degree from the Hebrew University and Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem and then completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Rabin Medical Center, a leading tertiary care center in Israel, which is also the largest cancer center in the country serving a population of approximately 4.
Following that, Dr. Mizrachi pursued advanced training in head and neck oncologic surgery and translational research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. After completing his fellowship, Dr. Mizrachi returned to Rabin Medical Center and practiced there as a full-time surgeon-scientist for 8 years before moving back to NY. He is the author of over 85 peer-reviewed publications and is often invited to speak at national and international professional meetings.
