Leaving your pet in the vehicle Onboard our UK - France routes your pet must stay in the vehicle during the sailing, however for their safety and welfare, we advise that they are inside a suitable secure carrier. To visit your pets during the sailing, please head to our Guest Service Centre where our team will be happy to assist you further.
Our dog-friendly kennels should only be booked if you are travelling with a dog. To ensure your dog feels right at home, we also encourage you to bring;.

The above programmes ensure assistance dogs are specifically trained to assist and support people with a disability. You should also note that sea travel can be distressing for animals and the safety and comfort of all our passengers should not be compromised. You will be responsible for the welfare of the dog at all times.
There is no fee to bring your assistance dog onboard, however, you will be asked to provide documentation. Emotional support animals can travel with us, but they must follow the same rules as pets.

We do not have any medical facilities onboard, so you need to make sure you are fit and well to travel.
