His background in track and field has led him to take a full body approach with a detailed look at movement patterns in the hopes to provide clients with the tools they need to resolve their concerns. Daniel enjoys working with a broad spectrum of conditions and injuries and is able to modify and progress exercises catered to each individual during their recovery process.
She has experience working with many populations in the health and fitness setting, such as a junior football team, managing a fitness facility, and working with children with physical and mental disabilities. Dana grew up playing competitive volleyball and likes to stay active by playing recreational sports, doing hot yoga and boxing, and by getting outside.
Her love for physical activity, background in kinesiology and sport, and the desire to help people guided her towards a career in physical therapy. Dana uses an approach that allows patients to be involved and understand every step of assessment and treatment. She likes to apply a combination of hands on manual stretching, soft tissue work and joint mobilizations, trigger point needling, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
She is also certified in treating and managing concussions and works with local hockey teams assessing and treating these symptoms. Gail graduated from the University of Alberta in and became certified as a hand therapist with the American Society of Hand Therapists in Having owned and operated Laurier Physical Therapy for 25 years, she continues to have a very specific interest in hand and upper extremity therapy.
