We hit the streets and asked locals where they take a partner for their favorite date spot in town. Originally published in City Lifestyle Reno. In the New Year we wanted to hear where people are sparking romance around Reno. With so many new restaurants, event spaces, and cocktail lounges, we narrowed down the best of the best to plan your next love outing.
Here's my top 5. Tapas and pinball. Tapas at Sierra St Kitchen are great because you can have as much or as little as you want and try different things. Then head over to Playfield 76 for some pinball and other games. Looking for a nightcap? Check out a downtown speakeasy like Shim's or Thirsty's.
Antipasto and axes. Try the chef's selections at Liberty and go next door to throw some axes. Or keep it a little more relaxed with a movie. Pet friendly. Get some food on the pet friendly patio at Wild River Grill before going to the Eddy for yard games and drinks.
For the intellectual. Not only is the food absolutely amazing and creative and the staff is the absolute best. They make sure you feel comfortable and have fun!
It's my go-to date night at least once a month. There are games you can play if the conversation dies out. You can also take items to go if you find a drink you love. Featured Article Where do you go for a date in Reno?
