All Quiet on the Western Front is a title that most movie fans have probably at least heard once or twice. The original film was based on a Erich Maria Remarque novel of the same name. The film was the first of three films to adapt this novel. The most recent came out in and received incredible reviews from fans and critics.
While the modern adaptation is a fantastic watch and also worth the few hours to sit through it, any movie buff would be remiss not to see the original version.
