We have started off! It happened during the kick-off meeting in Iceland. We were lucky as a couple of hours after our landing the international airport was closed and Iceland was ruled for the next two days by storms, winds and snow.
In the white darkness even our driver was looking for the road by heart. The safest place was the convention lounge in our hotel named Lighthouse Inn. For two days we worked on tasks for the next two years, terms of next meetings and conferences. We discussed the form of project outputs and potential obstacles and problems. Finally everything went out well, the weather calmed down and we left Iceland surprisingly only in gently snowing which evoked winters we used to have in the Czech Republic, too.

The share of the low-skilled increased among the younger cohort due to larger numbers of drop-outs from education.
