A lawsuit has been filed in regard to the deadly shooting of Spectrum News 13 journalist Dylan Lyons. Deputies said the News 13 reporter and the third grader were shot within minutes of each other in the Pine Hills community; they were two of five people Moses is accused of shooting over a five hour span. Lyons was on assignment reporting on a shooting that happened earlier that day.
