We provide supports in the Bellingham and Ferndale communities of Northwest Washington. The individuals we serve live in their own homes, manage their own affairs, and access the community with whatever assistance needed. Our program promotes independence in all aspects of residential life. As a DSP, one assists the individuals we serve to best navigate their day- be it assisting with banking, budgeting, learning new skills, meal preparation, cleaning, personal care, or engaging in a community activity. Holly Community Services provides flexible scheduling options, access to an employee-assistance program, sick pay, paid time off, mileage reimbursements vehicles not required for all positions, however.
At least annually, we provide discretionary bonuses for employees. On behalf of the Holly Community Services team, we welcome the opportunity to serve you in respite at our community supported living settings.
