To receive a refund, you must cancel your party at least one week in advance. What happens if I don't book the right number of climbers for my party?
We will send you a form about a week before your party where you can adjust the number of climbers. We recommend booking for more initially and adjusting closer to the date for a refund. Reducing the number of climbers will be refunded providing you give 48 hours notice any reductions made after this time will be credited for future use.
The minimum of 10 climbers always apply. What should I wear to a party? Casual clothing and closed-toe shoes are required for climbers. Tie long hair. Please avoid dresses or skirts. We provide all necessary climbing equipment.
