We work with craft fragrance makers and aromatherapists to create scents including notes of lavender, orange and lime oil to carry you away. Dim the lights, dial up the immersion. The low glow inside our purple pod is perfect for relaxation, meditation and hiding your wobbly tree pose. Hotpod founder Nick curates the soundscapes that orchestrate the energy of each class, modulating the mood and drawing you deeper into each moment.

The teachers are excellent, attentive and kind, making it a really great place to work and grow your practice. The ambience is perfect, and has now become a key and frankly unavoidable part of my busy London week. It is the peace I need to keep things going!! Cannot recommend this highly enough.
