Annie has given many treatments combining Massage and Reflexology with Reiki to enhance her client's release of physical and emotional stress. Annie specializes in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to release tight muscles of the shoulders, back and neck. Stress, sitting in traffic, weightlifting, repetitive movements and fibromyalgia are all contributors of tight muscles and active trigger points in the shoulders and neck area.
