Do I need to print off my e-ticket? Parking is available onsite at the NEC. Please book this directly with the venue. Yes we will be operating a full onsite box office at the NEC to assist you, please check online first that the session isn't sold out. Each session lasts 4 hours starting at the time stated on your ticket. Please note that food, drink and prize stalls are not included in the ticket price.
Only in exceptional circumstances this must be done via email customerservices ticketline. A family ticket consists of either 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children. Children under the age of 3 go free but do require a ticket. Winter Funland welcomes visits by guests with disabilities. Disabled parking is available in the car park. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible and there are disabled toilets inside the event.
Winter Funland welcomes visitors with disability and is committed to providing all guests with a safe and enjoyable experience. In accordance with common practice it is our policy not to allow guests to bring their own food and beverage into Winter Funland a varied range of refreshments is available inside the venue.
Cans and glass bottles are not permitted to be taken into the venue under any circumstances. If you have any specific dietary or medical requirements, please speak to the steward at the door upon arrival and contact us in advance of your visit if you have any questions. Shows run at regular intervals across Winter Funland sessions. There are 2 shows per session for both the circus and motorbike stunt shows. Guests aged between 3 and 16 years old are eligible for a child ticket.
Visitors over the age of 16 will need an adult ticket, whilst those under 3 years old go free they do need a ticket. Children under 3 develop at different stages, if your child is tall enough and able enough to go on a ride then they are able to go on them even with a free ticket. Not all rides will be suitable as some are aimed at older children. This will all be specific to your child and their size and ability. Due to the nature of this family event, we cannot allow single adults entry without an accompanying child unless the adult has a reduced mental capacity and will be accompanied by a carer.
