Our student volunteers will check you in to get your vitals and information to begin your visit. Spanish translators are available. Your privacy and confidentiality is important to us. That is why we do everything we can to safeguard your information. Our undergraduate volunteers will be retrieving your medical information and history and conduct vitals. Spanish translators are present to help you from the beginning to the end.
The patient exam rooms may all be occupied. Please feel free to reach out to our social services and health education volunteers for additional assistance and educational materials. You will be guided to a room once one is free. Under the supervision of physicians and family medicine residence, a medical student will tend to your health concerns.
If your care requires lab work, we will order the necessary labs you need to get done for free. Please follow the instructions to get to the nearing Quest Diagnostics.
