The kidnapping scene is comical but it does show Carl and Gaear breaking in, terrifying Jean, and we see Jean struggling in fear and falling down the stairs while wrapped in a shower curtain before being forcibly kidnapped. Gaear yells at Jean to stay quiet while she whimpers in the back of their car.
A couple in a car witnesses Carl dragging the mangled and bloodied corpse, so Gaear chases them down and finds that they crashed and fell off of the road. Gaear shoots the man in the back, with blood briefly spraying. Gaear finds the woman in the car, with blood on her face, and he shoots her offscreen.
