My wife was kind of picky with them, but I understand that she wanted them to do what she wanted them to do, and they couldn't follow instructions from her very good.
To me, they did okay. I didn't have too many problems with them. My wife wasn't thrilled with a lot of them, but I think it was more personality issues than anything else. I didn't have any problems with management, scheduling, or billing.
