Visitors can enjoy the traditional hydrotherapy cycle of heat, cold, and relaxation. The spa features a variety of saunas, a Finnish-inspired restaurant, and an in-spa bistro. It provides a serene environment for both social and quiet relaxation, with services including registered massages and other wellness treatments. We loved the hot baths especially the one in the quiet zone as it was surrounded by trees.
We visited in late October and the scenery was gorgeous with all the beautiful fall colours. Overall is a great spa place. We visited it in spring, winter and now fall. I would say fall would be my fav. Especially love that they have warm cider. Staff did great job keeping the saunas running great. Lovely girls trip to Nordic Spa. Exceeded expectations. The massage services were superb.
The quiet zone is an added lovely bonus for the true zen spa experience. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food at the cafeteria as well as it was restaurant quality with good vegetarian and healthy food options too. Would definitely recommend. A restaurant and a bistro on location which have delicious food options and all kinds of swimming pools, saunas, relaxing rooms etc.
It feels like you are really in a Scandinavian forest in a true north European spa and everything is provided. Please arrive on site 30 minutes before your scheduled massage time so that you have time to complete your health questionnaire and prepare for your massage.

Arriving late will impact the amount of allotted time for your massage treatment. You may arrive to your massage in your robe or your clothes as your massage therapist can provide you with a robe to change into after your treatment.
