Police arrested Felix Flores Jr. Flores was charged Monday in Marion County Circuit Court with first-degree sodomy, first-degree rape, four counts of first-degree kidnapping, first-degree attempted rape, and fourth-degree assault. Police began searching for a suspect in a rape case on July 24 after a worker at the Sasa Massage spa at Commercial Street S.
She told police the man came to the Sasa Massage spa on July 22 and pushed his way into the business, locking the door behind him. He then grabbed the victim around her waist and pushed her into a massage room where he forced her to perform oral sex. The man was caught on camera physically forcing a female employee at the Happy Holiday Spa into a room, the affidavit said.

She told police she struggled with the suspect, punching and kicking him. The affidavit said the suspect dragged her from the lobby into the massage room. A clock fell off the wall during the struggle, the document said. Inside the room, the suspect attempted to rape the victim, but heard other people coming into the lobby. The suspect then pulled up his pants and both he and the victim came out of the massage room.
Police noted the spa employee had injuries and scratches to her neck, and a rug burn on her lower back. The victims are not identified in court documents, and Salem Reporter does not name victims of sexual assault.
