Teachers are also recruited from German-speaking countries and are issued work visas for a period of three years. Prior to joining Evergreen Investment Advisors, Stephen was a Manager at Equity Office Properties, responsible for portfolio strategy and market research of the national office portfolio. Prior to that, Stephen was a Research Associate with Equity Group Investments where he provided economic and real estate market analysis of the U.
