The matte case is understated and nicely executed. Like other reviewers have mentioned the watch is functional and well put together. I just need to shorten the strap as there is some excess on my comfortable fitting. I wanted a field watch, something a little smaller than my daily driver dive watch that could be subtle but also utilitarian. So in summary excellent communication, despatch and of course the watch is fantastic, heres hoping it lasts me years as I'm sure it will. To me this signifies the police blue light charity. Amazing watch and extremely durable. I love the story behind the mutineer watch. It gives a classic look but stands out with the details for Christian Craighead. An excellent alternative to the standard Nato. The strap is a little thicker, more rugged, but the same great quality. Coupled with the usual outstanding service from CWC, need I say more.
Excellent operational watch as you would expect from CWC. Great in any environment, easy to read in low light and visually a pleasure to observe. You can guarantee your going to be able to keep time wherever you are without the risk of having to sort out a battery change or another watch, something that has happened to me many times over the years with other watches.
