The Adult Mental Health Program provides supportive services to adults age 18 and over with severe and persistent mental illness. The needs of people served are diverse with a broad continuum of care, from outpatient assessment to inpatient hospitalization, with a strong focus on community-based psychosocial rehabilitation. Often, it can be a challenge to understand why a child is consistently unhappy, angry, aggressive, or anxious, or why a child persistently behaves in ways that are not acceptable.
The address is Hwy 75, Huntsville, Crisis Services provides crisis intervention, assessment, and referral for voluntary and involuntary psychiatric hospitalization. Crisis services can be accessed through any of the mental health clinics in all 3 counties Liberty, Montgomery, and Walker. For crisis services, individuals should contact the crisis line or call for life-threatening emergencies.
Tri-County offers a variety of services to individuals with qualifying intellectual and developmental disabilities and related conditions.
Offered services include case management, day habilitation, supported employment, community support, autism services, home and community-based services, and more. Tri-County offers person-centered, trauma informed services focused on the promotion of sustained recovery from substance use and enhanced quality of life for the individuals we serve.
