Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be resold. All memberships, including gift memberships, begin on the date of purchase. All memberships are to be paid in full at the time of purchase.
At least one adult listed member must be present during each visit to the Museum. Memberships are for named members. Guests of members must purchase tickets. The primary address listed on the membership will be the address used for all mailings. Children aged 1 or younger are admitted free and need not be covered by a membership. Adult children of members over the age of 18 or other adults may not be substituted or listed as children. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while visiting the Museum.
Adults visiting the Museum must be accompanied by at least one child under 18 years old. Adults and children listed on the membership cannot be changed throughout the term of the membership. Due to additional programming and expenses related to field trips and birthday parties, membership benefits cannot be used for field trips or birthday party visits. Memberships do not include admission to special events. Members or guests of a member who conduct themselves in a manner deemed discourteous or dangerous to the health and safety of other Museum guests or staff will be asked to leave the Museum property.
