You will lead the charge in directing local media, experiential, and digital agency relationships, leveraging data to monitor key KPIs and measure the impact of our investments on brand sales, household penetration and brand affinity. We are looking for a Media and Influencer Marketing Manager with a consumer-first mindset and strong analytical skills to drive our new connections capabilities forward. The ideal candidate will have experience managing agencies and maximizing these partnerships, along with extensive knowledge of media planning, pricing, and retail media. Comfort with real-time optimization and the ability to flex media planning based on brand life stage and goals are essential.
Proven expertise in tracking, measuring, and optimizing against KPIs is required, as well as strong coordination skills and a knack for building relationships. In this role, you should possess a deep understanding of social media platforms and the evolving creator industry, coupled with an ownership mentality always day 1 and a passion for continuous improvement driven by data. A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution is crucial, as is a collaborative mindset to work across teams with a shared vision.
