I've also learned that my stay 10 days will coincide with the tennis tournament Roland Garros and other festivities going on in the city. So my question is: will I still be able to find the women in the vans at Port de Clichy and on Rue Joubert and other places?

More people means more clients : Last time I went to see a game there, there were women working in the middle of the day. Paris is the city in the world that welcomes the biggest number of tourists. More than 12 million visitors vs 10 million inhabitants! So the French Open won't make a big difference on that number : So don't worry, you'll be able to monger.
