Respond to member questions, problems, and complaints promptly and with courtesy; striving to achieve resolution within the first contact. Research and process requests such as policy changes, deposits, payments, withdrawals, transfers, loans, lapses, surrenders, conservation, taxation, values, statements and billing inquiries, claims, new applications, maturing contracts, beneficiaries, ownership, assignment, and more, across all lines of business ensuring proper regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
