Logan Feller is a senior guard for the Trevians in his second year as a starter. Feller will continue playing basketball for Johns Hopkins University next season. Do you have any pregame rituals or superstitions? Why Johns Hopkins?
There is so much I can say about the academics and athletics and how the two intersect. I felt like when I took my visit, the school and athletic director and whole athletic department make sure students-athletes have a great experience there and get the most out of the school. It came down to the connection I made with the coaches there and I thought I could thrive in their program. What would be your dream job?
My dad used to be a prosecutor in the justice department, so following in his footsteps in that regard. It also would be really cool to come back and coach at New Trier one day. Why would you want to come back to New Trier? Coming back and continuing that in the future would be a cool opportunity. Who is your favorite athlete? A lot of my family has closes ties to it. If you could play another sport, what would it be?
I would say it would probably be tennis. I grew up a tennis payer. My dad was captain of his tennis team in high school. My parents always told me I had tennis in my blood. I played up until fourth grade. What is your favorite thing to do off the court? Having that relationship is really special. My teammates probably already know this answer, but I always have to go with a cinnamon brown sugar, BelVita cookie. I love those. We only returned four major rotational pieces.
So we have to look at the big picture with a goal to peak in late February early March.
