In my previous life I was an environmental scientist, spent sixteen years in Human Resources, and was a residential Professional Organizer. Since we are holistic beings, I can tell you that being a mother of two twenty-somethings has affected me deeply and taught me many lessons. I am also a yoga teacher and aquatics exercise instructor. My meditation and yoga practice keeps me grounded.
I love music and dancing, and am so kinesthetic that it hurts sometimes. I am blessed to be surrounded and awed by nature, and my free time is often somewhere in the woods or kayaking on whatever water we can find with my wonderful husband James and spending time with our grandkids.
