Under this policy, the legal heirs from the deceased beneficiary family can become beneficiary of the programme through a well devised appeal mechanism. After processing, the next-of-kin family members as defined under BISP policy starts receiving payments.
An active Grievance Redressal Mechanism is in place to tackle various types of complaints and their timely resolution. The Grievance Redressal Mechanism is integrated with partner banks for quick tracking and resolution of complaints.
