I am pleased with the attentive and caring service provided by Mr. Carter and his associates after the death of my wife Phyllis, whose expressed wish was for the simplicity of cremation. They are very easy to talk to, and their explanations of various details are thorough. Thank you for helping us through a bittersweet time.
Kind staff. They carried out my mom's final wishes to the end. Very patient and informative. I am so grateful that my mom contacted them prior to her passing and was able to select them based on her she felt after contacting them. Thank you Tony! Townsend Family. I can not say enough good things about this business. I first used them for my brother and the death was a shock. The gentleman I spoke with, was so kind and understanding. When I arrived to fill out paperwork, he sat with me and helped me every step of the way.
My mind was going in directions- but his kindess and help was so appreciated. Then my mother passed and I knew the place to call. They are still helping me to this day - getting some info I need. They have always been kind, compassionate, and understanding. No matter who I have to contact at the office. Thankful for the kindness and support the entire staff gave during our time of loss.
