William Moseley Brown, of New Nork, attended last week the unveiling of a plaque in the main hall of Washington and Lee commemorating the founding of Omicron Delta Kappa fraternity twen-ty-five years ago.
Brown who is excutive secretary of the fraternity and one of the fifteen founders, made the address at the unveiling.
