Let's start with the positives. Reception staff wonderful. I belive I mostly dealt with Anna marie who was amazing. Room was nice comfy bed, spacious balcony and a very relaxed vibe. I had inconvenience at breakfast being served undercooked food however it was resolved and the hotel apologised gave my girlfriend and I a bottle of wine and some cheese cake.
