Their help made it possible for Mom to stay home in her last years rather than having to live in a care facility. The health workers who came to Moms home soon came to feel like part of the family. They gave Mom caring and faithful care and we will always be grateful for their help. The caregiver has been so helpful to my Mom, she does light cleaning for her, and laundry. She can run to the store for groceries, and helps her with a shower or bath. She is so pleasant and caring!
The nicest thing is the Grand Pad they provided for my Mom to use while she's a client. It's been so easy for her family to share pictures with her, so she can stay in touch with everyone! Very friendly and caring staff. Great communication, my mom is well taken care of and looks forward to the visits. I wish I had utilized their services earlier for my mother-in-law. Such a great family run company! I like that everyone I work with is so extremely friendly.
I truly feel very confident that when my father in law visits, we can be completely covered for care while we are at work and I have no concerns that whomever they place in our home will be competent and capable. I am very pleased with the help Home Instead has given me.
Having them here to take care of my Mom, so I can do other things and have somewhat of a life for myself is a God send. I know she appreciates being able to live out her life at home and not with a bunch of strangers in a nursing home. It is so much nicer to spend the holidays with family at home, rather than taking it to the nursing home, then leaving her there while we go home.
